CMMC CCA and CCP

Cyber Soldier seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA) and Certified CMMC Professional (CCP) to augment our growing cybersecurity team. As an integral part of our assessment team, you will work closely with our industry-leading CISO and Cybersecurity Services Delivery staff to deliver CMMC Level 2 readiness assessments and provide expert consulting to diverse clients. CCA / CCP Responsibilities:

• Conduct CMMC Level 2 readiness assessments on customer environments
• Provide readiness advise and expert cybersecurity consulting to clients
• Contribute to risk management activities and technical analysis
• Prepare customers for a formal C3PAO assessment
• Provide customers with technology roadmaps to achieve compliance
• Assist customers with remedial activities, systems improvements and POAM guidance
• Assist in developing and improving internal processes and tools for customers
• Work remotely with some travel for on-site assessments

Qualifications:

• Active CMMC Certified Professional (CCP) and Certified Assessor (CCA) certifications
• At least one active cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, CISM, CASP+, Security+, or CySA+
• 3+ years of cybersecurity experience
• 1+ year of assessment/auditing experience
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and professional writing skills
• Ability to travel approximately 25-35%
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
• U.S. Citizenship

CCA & CCP Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with NIST SP 800-171, DFARS 7012, NIST RMF, and other cybersecurity frameworks
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure (M365 GCC/GCC High), AWS, and GCP
• Technical experience in implementing security controls and knowledge of NIST SP 800-53r5
• Military or Federal cybersecurity background
